In 2019, amidst shifting workplace paradigms and growing complexity, Vanessa Belleau - a seasoned brand strategist, executive coach, and former Consultancy EMEA Director at WGSN - set out to redefine how organisations align organisational culture with strategy and creativity. 

Her mission was clear: to help leaders and teams focus on what matters by turning challenges into opportunities, silos into synergy, and bold ideas into measurable results.

Vanessa Belleau

Vanessa’s career spans two decades at the intersection of business strategic insights, executive coaching and cultural transformation. As the founder of High Fifteen, Vanessa combines her sharp strategic insights with a deep understanding of human behaviour to inspire meaningful change within organisations.

High Fifteen is led by Vanessa Belleau, an executive coach, facilitator and culture consultant with over 18 years’ experience working with senior leaders, teams and organisations navigating pressure, growth and change.

2019

Vanessa Belleau launches High Fifteen Ltd, blending her expertise in brand and comms research, cultural & societal trends forecasting and executive coaching to help organisations navigate change and complexity with creativity and strategic foresight.

We collaborate with fabulous clients such as Levi’s, LVMH Fashion Group, LOEWE, The Walt Disney Company

2020

  • High Fifteen starts to support a new global client on a retainer as their inclusive high performance consultant. This enabled Vanessa to develop a new human-centered approach to high performance culture building.

  • She decides to expand the company’s service offerings to include tailored learning and development (L&D) solutions, addressing the growing need for bespoke personal development and workshops that guide employees to really connect, be seen and interact with inclusion in mind at all times.

2021-2022 📌

  • High Fifteen continues to partner with remarkable clients like Nestlé, Sony Music, LVMH Beauty, Louis Vuitton, Dover Street Market, CBRE, Samsung, TALA, Adidas - to name a few. Vanessa also decides to support small businesses (Better Nature, The Smalls, etc) and charities (WWF, Cancer Research, to widen the impact of High Fifteen methodologies and philosophy.

  • Launches the ‘0 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to 3’ framework, a signature approach to scaling transformation while ensuring that clients feel truly supported throughout the process.

2023 to today 🎉

  • High Fifteen’s efforts in fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures receive great feedback from clients, with many extending their collaboration and seeking more guidance from High Fifteen into executive coaching and other services.
